Terms of Use

Relationship By Design, LLC (“School”), is the creator and owner of an online course (the “Materials”) offered by Teachable, Inc.  (“Teachable”) via its web-based delivery platform, Teachable.com.  These Terms of Use govern the use of the Materials by a student (herein referred to as the “Student” or “You”) who pays the applicable fees.  These Terms of Use are in addition to the Terms of Use adopted by Teachable at https://teachable.com/terms-of-use.

1. Terms

By accessing the Materials, You agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.  If you do not agree with any of these Terms of Use, do not access the Materials, and request a refund of your tuition from Teachable. The Materials are protected by copyright and trademark law.

2. Use License

  • School grants You permission to view the Materials and download one copy of any downloadable Materials on Teachable.com for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
  • modify or copy the Materials;
  • use the Materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
  • attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the School’s web site;
  • remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the Materials;
  • allow any other person to use your credentials to access the Materials without paying applicable fees; or
  • transfer the Materials to another person or 'mirror' the Materials on any other server.
  • This license shall automatically terminate if You violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by School at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these Materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded Materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

3. Disclaimer
